Photo Waiver For Events

Club Officers, members, volunteers, agents or anyone by virtue of their participation in The Club activities, hereby authorize The Club to use, edit, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video that may pertain to them, including their image, likeness and/or voice without compensation. This material may be used in various print media, training guides, the Club’s website or Facebook page, and for other lawful similar ways. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by specific rescission of this authorization.

The Club is not responsible or liable for participants, spectators or others, who may take, publish, reproduce, or edit photographs and/or videos of anyone or any dog or animal present at any event hosted by the Club.
