The NDCC Newfoundland National Specialty is held every two years in Ontario and the club is heavily involved with the planning, operation and sponsorship of the event. If you've never seen lots of Newfoundlands in one place, you surely don't want to miss it.

This year the CONDC held its Grooming Seminar on Sunday January 21st 2024 at The Dog Stop in Mississauga. This one day seminar provided participants with hands on experience of grooming their Newf.

This year the CONDC held its Spring Draft Seminar on Sunday March 10th 2024 at Dreamland Pets in Elora. This one day seminar was geared towards people who are interested in entering draft tests.

This year the CONDC held its Water Rescue Seminar on Saturday May 25th & Sunday May 26th 2024 at Guelph Lake Conservation Area in Guelph. This two day seminar was for beginners as well as for those who have already experience with water work.

This year the CONDC was held on NDCC Water Rescue Tests on Saturday August 24th 2024 at Guelph Lake Conservation Area in Guelph.
